We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for our nutritional supplements, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a full refund, you must follow the program for a minimum of 6 months as prescribed by your health coach, without any breaks. Consistency is important, and we will verify the order dates of your monthly program to ensure eligibility for a refund.

You can request a refund by emailing us at mail to: customercare@goodveda.com or contacting us via WhatsApp before 7 months have passed since your first shipment was delivered. Please include your order number in the refund request.
Please note that the money back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

 

  1. If you have not consistently used the treatment. We will use your order number and dates to assess consistent usage.
  2. If you have been diagnosed with any severe or underlying health conditions that can affect the effectiveness of the treatment while using our products.
  3. If you have seen some results but your expectations were higher. Some cases require more time as they involve addressing the root cause. However, following the instructions of your Health Coach will lead to continuous improvement, and you must maintain consistency with the treatment.
  4. Please be aware that our refund policy applies only to nutritional supplement products. Charges for food products, sugar replacements, blood tests, glucometers, and doctor consultations are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

You can request replacements within 7 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:

  • Wrong products were delivered.
  • Some products are missing from your order.
  • Damaged products were delivered.
  • In rare cases, if the products cause severe allergic reactions or do not suit your body. While our products are natural and generally well-tolerated, some individuals may require time to adjust. Any issues should be discussed with your health coach before requesting a replacement.

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer care team between 10 AM and 7 PM via email at mail to: customercare@goodveda.com or through WhatsApp at +91 9311739930. We kindly request you to provide images of the products when contacting us.

 

Returns/Replacements Process

Once we receive a return or replacement request, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product within 2 working days. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will request you to self-ship the products using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse you for the courier charges up to Rs. 100.

Please ensure that you send the product back with all accompanying materials and in its original packaging. Once we receive the products, we will process the refunds or replacements promptly. If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at mail to: customercare@goodveda.com or through WhatsApp at +91 9311739930. If the product has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 for shipping and consultation will be deducted from your prepaid amount before refunding the remaining amount.
